I have been interested in psychology for as long as I can remember and earned a bachelors degree in this field from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2003. During college I became interested in how the human body and brain function and decided to go to medical school rather than pursue further training in psychology. I graduated from the University of Toledo College of Medicine in 2007 and then completed a General Residency Program in Psychiatry at The Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio in 2011. I worked at Mount Carmel Hospital in Columbus Ohio as an Attending Psychiatrist for 1 year before moving to the sunny state of Florida where I was an Attending Psychiatrist at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach for two years. I relocated to Fort Lauderdale in 2015 and have been working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including substance abuse facilities, since that time.
In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, paddle boarding, reading and dining out.
Tina comes to work with me and brightens everyone’s day.
